To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return. Please ensure that you check your items upon receipt to confirm their condition.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, you must email us at [email protected]. In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response to your request.
Return Shipping Costs

Refund Processing Time

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
